What’s Included

You’ll work one-on-one with a personal designer.  We use any wording and requests you have to create the perfect match through a multi-step proofing process.

-5 revisions after the initial 3 proofs are included

-Final approval includes a photographed physical version of your invitation for approval

-The final approval can be sent directly to you for approval if requested¹.

A special process which sets us apart, we can print white ink on dark paper stocks.  This allows us to utilize the beautiful papers we use as your background color.  We can also print color ink on top of white ink allowing for color printing on dark paper stocks.²

29 paper colors are available to you.  Pick any one you like for any part of your invitation, they’re all included.  Gatefolds, interiors, and envelopes, all with no additional fees^3,4.

Each laser cut is inspected, cleaned, folded, and stuffed⁵ before shipment.  We take on this step to ensure rigorous quality standards and to provide a finished product when it arrives at your doorstep.

All envelopes are exact matches to the paper colors of your invitation.  Any envelope color can be chosen for your invitation suite at no cost.

¹: Standard domestic shipping is free.  Expedited and/or international shipping is an additional cost.  Mailed physical proofs will delay total processing time.

²: Printing on envelopes is an additional cost.  There is no additional cost for printing white instead of another color.

³: Laser cutting stocks lighter than silver is highly discouraged.  This is due to smoke and burn discoloration which are highly visible on white, ivory, and white gold

⁴: Chosen colors apply throughout your order.  Separated color combinations are available at an additional cost. 

⁵: Stuffing refers to placing each interior print (and vellum if applicable) inside each gatefold.  Stuffing does not refer to stuffing the gatefolds inside the envelopes.  Stuffing your sets into the envelopes is available at an additional cost.

Additional Extras

Match your RSVPs or other 4×5 cards to your main invitations with a laser cut pocket.  Pockets are specifically matched to each individual gatefold design

Vellum is a transparent paper which can be inserted inside the gatefold.  Available in a printed version, it can be functional such as a surprise party warning, personalized such as a monogram, or add to the laser cut design with many of our pre-designed vellum interiors, such as our rose interior, providing color and design matching through the gatefold’s laser cuts

-Accentuates the laser cut design

-Adds the look of tissue paper for traditionally used to protect pressed or hand written invitation from smudging, although isn’t necessary for ink smudging in our case. 

-White vellum is standard, other colors available at no additional cost

-Vellum will be placed inside your gatefolds before shipment

Additional Cards

All cards use any wording you like so you can make them serve any function you need. Additional cards are matched to your main invitations in colors, designs, and fonts, unless otherwise specified.  4”x5” cards can also be outfitted with a matching laser cut pocket to match the invitation gatefold for an additional charge

Common options for 4”x5″ cards include details cards, accommodations cards, Thank you cards, Wishing well cards, and others.

Common options for 5”x7” cards include programs, menus, sponsors recognition cards, extensive details cards, and others

As a cost saving option over additional cards, a double sided print can be done with any of your invitation pieces.  This is also common if you would like a beautiful simple front of your invitation as you can put the full details on the backside.

Personalized cards use a variable print allowing printing of guests names directly on their invitations. This can also be used for making a card individualized for each guest such as, stating how many seats you have reserved for them.  Variable text must be simple changes in text that will be able to fit on one full line keeping the design of the invitation. Any changes that require the design of the invitation to be changed for between guests will have additional costs.

Envelope Printing

Have your name and address printed directly on all of your envelopes. Chose one of our beautiful envelope designs and let us customize them with fonts and colors to match your invitations.

-Your address will appear as the return address on all main envelopes or as sender on all RSVP envelopes

-Back flap printing is included

-White ink printing is included

Have your your address and your individual guest’s addresses printed directly on all of your envelopes. Chose one of our beautiful envelope designs and let us customize them with fonts and colors to match your invitations. 

-We provide a spreadsheet to be able to fill out your guest’s addresses

-Your address will appear as the return address while the guest address appears as the senders address on all main envelopes.  Addresses are switched for RSVP envelopes

-Back flap printing is included

-White ink printing is included

Mailing envelopes are additional white envelopes meant to fit everything inside.  This way, the main envelopes for your invitations are kept clean without postage markings.  Mailing envelopes are slightly larger than the main A7 envelopes for a perfect fit and are only available in white.

Allow us to seal your invitations and all additional cards inside each of your envelopes.  This allows for less planning time necessary on your end before being able to send out your invitations. 

Other Optional Services

Interior print adhered to gatefold

The gatefold when closed holds the interior paper in place.  When opened, the interior paper is loose.  This option would involve us adhering the interior to the gatefold.

Invitation mailing

This option has us sending your invitations directly from our location in central Florida.  This provides no work on your end and eliminates the waiting time for a direct shipment to you.

-This service requires guest and return address printing, envelope stuffing, and applicable postage

-Additional invitations without mailing addresses are sent directly to you

Multiple Print Designs

Allows for separate text and designs to be used throughout the invitation set.  Cost is calculated per individual print design

Multi-language

Allows for different languages to be used for a portion of your invitation order. Final approval will be done for each language.

Multiple colors

Allows for a certain amount of invitations in one paper color and the rest in another.

Custom Laser Design

Bring your ideas and personal imagery to life through custom laser cut stationery.

-Fee varies.  Based on $75/hour graphic design service

-Averages $250-$400

-Fee covers design work only, stationery will be billed at standard pricing afterward
